Earlier this year I took a cruise to the Carribean and before I left I decided I wanted to get an action camera so I could capture some of my activities. I did not really want to spend a lot as I was not sure that I would use much after the trip that given I have a pretty decent selection of cameras. While doing my research on action cameras, I ran across this Akaso V50 SE and was intrigued by the specs as well as the price. I was pretty sure that it would not be on par with the Hero 7 but then again I was hoping it would be good enough to fit what I was looking for. Given the price, I took a chance and picked one up. I made a short video review of the camera along with samples of some of the footage I took. You can judge for yourself, but for about $160 I was quite surprised.
