With all the issues surrounding QNAP security concerns, the company put out a NAS-based firewall application called QuFirewall. It is intended to block unwanted access to your NAS from all but local and authorized sources. Though the previous release had several issues that made it unusable in many cases, the July update has addressed many of these issues and now brings a few new features. In this video, I cover these changes and I have added a review of the original version for more detail on how to set up and configure the software.
